Ingredients:

(For approximately 10 pieces)

- 4 cups of flour

- 1.5 cups warm water

- 0.5 cup warm milk

- 1 tablespoon yeast

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Salt


For the filling:

- 400-500 grams minced meat

- 3 green peppers

- 2 onions

- Parsley

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

- 3 tomatoes

- Salt, black pepper

- Red pepper flakes

- 2-3 garlic cloves

- Parsley or green coriander


Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and water.

2. Add yeast and sugar, wait for 5 minutes.

3. Gradually add flour and salt, ensuring a slightly sticky consistency.

4. Knead the dough well, cover, and let it rise for approximately one hour.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients except minced meat, then blend with minced meat.

6. Cover and refrigerate for resting.

7. Take the risen dough, dust with flour, and shape into balls.

8. Roll out the balls and place the filling on them.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the dough browns and cooks with the meat.
