Ingredients

Fruit Salad

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, green apples, and grapes.
  • Gently toss to mix without crushing the fruit.

3. Assemble the Salad

  • Spread a generous layer of cheesecake filling over the fruit and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle granola or crushed graham crackers over the top.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce for a sweet, indulgent finish.

4. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors blend.
