Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Apples – Peel and grate the apples (or chop finely). Add them to a saucepan with ½ cup water and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  2. Mash the Banana – In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients – Mix together oats, softened apples, mashed banana, dried blueberries, and raisins until fully combined. The mixture will be sticky.
  4. Bake – Spread the mixture evenly into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, until firm and golden.
  5. Cool & Slice – Let cool completely before slicing into bars or squares.
