Savory Steak Bites in Rich Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

- ½ cup of soy sauce

- ⅓ cup olive oil

- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- ½ to 1 pound flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces


Preparation:

1. Marinade Creation: In a large ziplock bag, combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dry basil, dried parsley, and black pepper. Stir with a spoon until the mixture is well-blended to form a marinade.


2. Steak Marination: Place the steak pieces into the bag and seal it. Shake the bag gently to ensure all pieces are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, allowing the steak to fully absorb the flavors.


3. Searing the Steak: Preheat a skillet over high heat. Using a slotted spoon, remove the steak pieces from the marinade and place them in the hot skillet. Discard the remaining marinade.
