1-Minute Bread in a Jar (Microwave Method)

If you’re craving fresh, homemade bread but don’t want to wait hours for kneading and baking, this quick microwave bread in a jar will be your new favorite! It’s fluffy, healthy, and ready in just 1 minute.


🥖 Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk (whole or powder)
  • Optional (for flavor & rise):
    • ½ tsp baking powder or baking soda + a few drops of lemon juice/vinegar
    • Pinch of salt
    • Herbs & spices (oregano, garlic powder, cumin, etc.)

🔹 Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  2. Add flax seeds, psyllium husk, and optional ingredients. Mix well into a thick batter.
  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe glass jar (greased lightly).
  4. Microwave on high for about 1–2 minutes, until the bread rises and sets.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then remove from the jar.
  6. Slice and enjoy warm — perfect with butter, cheese, or as a quick sandwich base.
