Butterfinger Balls Recipe – A No-Bake Chocolate & Peanut Butter Treat

Looking for an easy no-bake dessert that’s packed with peanut butter, chocolate, and candy bar crunch? These Butterfinger Balls are the perfect bite-sized indulgence! Made with crushed graham crackers, creamy peanut butter, and chunks of Butterfinger candy bars, then dipped in smooth melted chocolate, this recipe is a crowd-pleaser for parties, holidays, or anytime your sweet tooth kicks in.

Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves graham crackers, crushed (about 2 cups crumbs)
  • 2 1/2 sticks butter, softened (1 cup or 225g)
  • 16 oz (2 cups) powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 5 regular-size Butterfinger bars, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decorating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the crushed Butterfingers and graham cracker crumbs until a dough forms.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  6. Once chilled, scoop and roll the dough into bite-sized balls, placing them on a baking sheet or plate.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  8. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  9. Place the coated balls back on the sheet and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  10. Allow chocolate to set (about 10 minutes) before serving.

Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Recipe Tips

  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top before the chocolate sets for a sweet-salty twist.
  • For a festive look, use seasonal sprinkles or drizzle with white chocolate.
  • You can swap dark chocolate with milk or white chocolate for a sweeter coating.

These Butterfinger Balls are everything you want in a dessert—rich, chocolatey, crunchy, and oh-so satisfying. With just a few ingredients and no oven required, they’re a quick win for holidays, potlucks, or family movie nights. Trust me, you won’t be able to stop at just one!
